The International Relations (IR) team serves as a liaison between the Centre, its 36 Participating States, the EU, NATO, and other partners, ensuring that stakeholder priorities form the basis of Hybrid CoE’s activities. IR oversees Hybrid CoE’s Steering Board as well as national points of contact. In addition, it facilitates EU-NATO cooperation in countering hybrid threats, while supporting strategic dialogue among Participating States’ governments and institutions. IR’s activities also include coordinating visits to Hybrid CoE and presenting the Centre’s work to international audiences, including third countries and organizations.
