Ulla-Maria Wilenius is an expert in financial administration. She came to Hybrid CoE from the Prime Minister’s Office, where she worked at the Secretariat for Finland’s EU Presidency for two years in charge of the budget for Finland’s Presidency. Prior to the PM’s Office, she worked at the Ministry of Education and Culture as Special Government Advisor, and at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy as Senior Adviser. She has a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki.
